1. Service Description
LocalIntel is a local business discovery and task routing platform. Users may search for local businesses, request services, and receive SMS notifications via (904) 506-7476. The Service is intended to connect users with relevant local businesses and service providers in their area.
2. SMS Terms
By texting LocalIntel or providing your phone number to us, you agree to receive transactional SMS messages from LocalIntel related to your queries and requests. Message frequency varies based on your interactions.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You represent that you are the subscriber of, or authorized user of, the phone number you provide.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Submit false, fraudulent, abusive, or harassing queries or messages.
- Use the Service to send spam, unlawful content, or content that infringes the rights of others.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
LocalIntel reserves the right to block, suspend, or terminate any user who abuses the platform or violates these Terms, with or without notice.
4. Disclaimer
LocalIntel provides business discovery and routing only. We are not responsible for the quality, availability, pricing, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party businesses or service providers introduced through the Service. Any transaction, agreement, or interaction you enter into with a third-party business is solely between you and that business.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LocalIntel and MCFL Restaurant Holdings LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Duval County or St. Johns County, Florida.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
